We would greatly appreciate volunteers that can join us all day for both Festivals on this date, but we can support half day (Morning or Afternoon Festival) if needed.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Reviewer / Head Reviewer : Morning Festival: 7:40am -10:40am & Afternoon Festival: 1:00pm – 4:50pm
MC – Welcome Ceremony: Morning Festival: 8:00am-8:30am & Afternoon Festival: 1:30-2:00pm
MC – Celebration Ceremony: Morning Festival: 11:30am-12:30pm & Afternoon Festival: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Team Sharing Coordinator: Morning Festival: 10:00am-11:30am & Afternoon Festival: 3:30pm-5:00pm
Help Desk and Team Support: Morning Festival: 8:00am-11:00am & Afternoon Festival: 1:30pm-4:30pm

More info when registration will open will be sent to the NorCal FLL Explore googlegroup. There will be 2 Festivals on this date. One in the Morning and one in the Afternoon (this event) – teams should register for only 1.

| 2:15 PM | REVIEWING TIME STARTS – a panel of 2 Reviewers talk to each team |
| 2:15 PM | Team activities starts – while team is not being reviewed |
| 3:45 PM | Reviewers decide awards & write scripts |
| 3:45 PM | Team Sharing Time |
| 5:15 PM | Celebration & Closing Ceremony |
