Event Schedule
Setup volunteers arrive at 11:15am
Volunteers should checkin between 12pm – 12:15pm depending on role
Teams checkin at 12:30pm – 12:45pm;
Visitors should plan to come at 1pm
We will finish the Festival no later than 5:00pm

EVENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

- 30+ Volunteer slots are available
- A person can do more than 1 role (if times are mostly non-overlapping).
- All training/instruction given on day of event – so no pre-reading or studying needed ahead of time!
- All volunteers need to be 14 years old / HS or older
- Team affiliated volunteers can fill any role (ie there are no restrictions as there are in the Northern California FIRST LEGO League Challenge or Northern California FIRST Tech Challenge programs)
8 volunteers – Reviewer : 12:15pm – 5:00pm
1 volunteer – Lead Reviewer : 12:00pm – 5:00pm
1 volunteer – Welcome Ceremony Emcee: 12:45-1:30pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Celebration Ceremony Emcee : 4:00pm-5:00pm
3 to 4 volunteers – Team Activities: 1:30pm-2:45pm
2 volunteers – Team Checkin: 12:15pm-1:15pm
2 volunteers – Volunteer Checkin: 12:00pm-2:30pm
2 volunteers – Team Queuer: 1:00pm-3:00pm
1 volunteer – Photographer : 12:15pm – 5:00pm
4 volunteers – Load-in/Setup: 10:30am-12:30pm
4 volunteers – Event Cleanup / Packout: 4:30pm – 5:00pm
If a particular role does not show up in the FIRST volunteer system, it is most likely that the position is fully staffed and no additional volunteers are needed for that specific role.
