22 to 25 Volunteer Roles Needed and one person could do more than 1 role (if times are mostly non-overlapping).
All training/instruction given on day of event and volunteers need to be 14 years old / HS or older:
6 volunteers – Reviewer : 12:15pm – 5:00pm
1 volunteer – Lead Reviewer : 12:00pm – 5:00pm
1 volunteer – Welcome Ceremony Emcee: 12:45-1:30pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Team Share Interviewer : 2:30pm-4:30pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Celebration Ceremony Emcee : 4:00pm-5:00pm
3 to 4 volunteers – Team Activities: 1:30pm-2:45pm
2 volunteers – Team Checkin: 12:15pm-1:15pm
2 volunteers – Volunteer Checkin: 12:00pm-2:30pm
3 volunteers – Team Queuer: 1:00pm-3:00pm
1 volunteer – Photographer : 12:00pm – 5:00pm
