NorCal Event Structure & Event Registration Details
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Only team members and (1 or both) listed coaches on Team Roster will be admitted on site into venue per team.
- We may not be able to provide a power outlet to your specific pit table, so have everything charged up and ready to go.
- We recommend bringing the “bare minimum” that your team needs to run its 3 game rounds.
- You will be in the venue for less than 2 hours with a cohort of 6 teams.
- There will no judging or pit sharing between teams in the venue.
- Please do not bring in food/beverages into the venue.
- No audience will be permitted but the game will be livestreamed (details will be provided once available).
- Likely all adults will have to show proof of vaccination at the door to be admitted into the venue (coaches and volunteers) – stay tuned
- Likely everyone entering the venue will have to wear a mask that covers nose and mouth – stay tuned
- We may have to check temperatures of everyone entering the venue – stay tuned
