life choices for our youth. We focus on affordable and sustainable

related to science, technology, engineering and math
(STEM) skills.
Playing At Learning is a 501(c)(3)
not for profit corporation.
We are committed to increasing the number of under-served and
under-represented students pursuing STEM degrees.

FIRST LEGO League extends the FIRST concept of inspiring and celebrating
science and technology to students between the ages of 9 through
14 using real-world context and hands-on experience. Annual theme-based challenge has teams building a LEGO robot and involved in a theme-related project. |

FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) is designed for high school students from grades 9-12 typically ages 14-18 and 8th grade students 13 years and older who are prepared to participate in a high school program. Teams participate using the accessible and affordable Tetrix robotics kit. |

Junior FIRST LEGO League extends the FIRST concept of inspiring and celebrating
science and technology to students between the ages of 6 to 9. Annual theme-based challenge in a non-competitive atmosphere. Teams design and build a model using LEGO motorized mechanisms and participate in low-key, local Expos where the teams' achievements are celebrated! |
